1. Registration
Registration for participation in our advertised public Continuing Education events and training courses as well as bookings for In-
House Workshops are regarded as completed only upon full payment of course fees to our business account. Reservations can not
be accepted prior to payment.
2. Cancellation and Non-attendance of Participants
Cancellation of participation in our courses will be accepted at any time.
3. Cancellation on our Behalf
As soon as we determine the cancellation is unavoidable, we will notify every participant by using participants` contact information.
4. Announcement of Course Location for Public Workshops
Final locations of public workshops and training courses will be announced fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course date.
5. Contact Information
Every Participant is asked to provide Dr. Karrenberg's Health Management Services with Contact information which allows us to
provide early notification on any changes of time and location of our public educational events.
6. Reimbursement of Fees and Travel Expenses
Full reimbursement of course fees will be granted if we are notified no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course
date. For cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course date and non-attendance, there will be a late
cancellation fee of $60.00 per participant. Reimbursement of course fees will be processed within seven (7) days after the
cancellation date or, in the case of non-attendance, seven (7) days after the scheduled course date. Reimbursement of travel
expenses will not be granted.
7. Payment Course Fees
Payments can be made by wire transfer, cheque or credit cards. We accept payment information via the mail, phone, fax and
online.
8. Continuing Education Credits
Continuous Education Credits for successful participation in our accredited continuous education workshops and courses will
be awarded to members and licensees of the accrediting organization and board as advertised in our announcements and
brochures.
9. Certificate of Completion
A certificate of completion will be given to participants at the end of each educational event.
